You have full return and exchange right within 14 days of receipt of the item. You are entitled to try the product and provided that the order is returned in undamaged condition and that labels and the like will remain on the product.
When returning or replacing goods, you are responsible for the cost of return. You are also responsible for the goods coming to us in unchanged and good condition.

Once we have received your return and checked so that the goods are in good condition, we will refund you. If you have chosen an invoice we will credit it and if you chose to pay by card, the money will be on your account within 5 business days.
